Process of the approach
The approach to the offered marketing and communication diagnosis is based on a deliberately selective framework to ensure the quality of the analyses conducted:

selection of organizations to be diagnosed,
conducting the offered MarCom diagnosis.

Deliverables and feedback
- a structured mini-report (maximum 2 pages) including an automated scoring grid, an overall score, and a synthetic analysis of the level of marketing and communication maturity, as well as
- prioritized recommendations based on a 360° reading (marketing, communication, customer experience);
- a 30-minute feedback session, allowing to share results, clarify areas for improvement, and discuss initial optimization paths.
